Prayer and Sacraments
Like solitude, community is critical for a balanced spirituality in the Christian tradition. The community is where we learn to see Christ in, be Christ to, and receive Christ from others. The Sacraments belong to the gathered community. The Divine Hours are the daily prayers of the community in solidarity with each other whether we are gathered or scattered.
